13 August 2019 - Diet Diary - Pretty good day. Did some chores, got more tub cleaning done. That limescale sure doesn't come off easy. Should have worked off some calories with the scrubbing, scrubbing, scrubbing. Makes me wish the battery hadn't died in that power scrub brush thing. Hmmp, wonder if I could rig something with the brushes from it and a drill. 🙂

Had a bowl of ham & bean soup from the freezer today. Made with a variety of things besides beans in it, including lentils, rice, tiny pasta letters. Fortunately it is very filling as you don't want to eat a lot of it in one day. Calorie intake was 1114 for the day. Seems like I am on one of those plateaus again and would love to get off of it but guess I will have to wait it out.

I don't know how you do it....such a low calorie count...kudos! I, too enjoyed leftover soup....the last of that white bean, soybean, and bacon soup...gnite!

Thank you! I gotten used to the monitoring and although eating more or MORE would be easy, it usually doesn't bother me cutting it where I do. Some of it is also creative choices, if I am feeling hungry and am short on allowance, I pick low cal stuff, like baby carrots, celery, some fruit, etc. Fill the void with some good fiber choices. I do love soup, I have a stockpile of leftover soup in my freezer as I almost always make more than I can eat within a safe amount of time. I think the kale soups I've tried are my favorites. However, anything with bacon has to be good. 🙂
