28 August 2019 - Diet Diary - Seems like a day well used even though I spent an hour this morning curled up on the window seat with the animals, trying to get warmed by the sun. Would have been OK but got chilled after getting up and when my hands get cold, the circulation to the fingers shuts down and they get COLD! Hard to get them warmed up again. I have REALLY noticed this in the past year, presumably most of this tendency to get chilled then plain freezing, is the result of having a lot less adipose tissue to insulate me.
Got real noticeable last winter when I had to dress more warmly and really started noticing the chilling effect. This is the first summer it has been this bad although I remember years ago when I lost a lot of weight (for a while) I would get a lot colder than I was used to but at the time didn't have the Raynaud's symptoms. Don't know what the coming winter will be like. May have to wear gloves all the time.
Have done OK on eating the last 2 days, intake was a little under 1200 yesterday and today finished at 1286, so just over my allowance. Weight has come back down some, was at 138 today so I will work toward getting down a little more.
Have set my official "range" as 135-140 so as long as I stay between those will not be troubled. However, being at the lower end is better as things do come up and it is good to have some wiggle room if I take a day off or travel/eat out (such as I will be doing on Friday). A friend is taking me this time so driving home won't be a concern and of course, we will eat out in Kearney. Looking forward to it, other than the shot part.
Posted by OldMetalHeadI hit a new weight milestone this week. Still trying for the six-pack.
Posted by OldMetalHeadThe hardest part for me is not falling back into old bad habits after meeting goals.

Posted by JonnaBononnaI had finally gotten back on track after gaining back most of the weight I lost a couple of years ago.
Posted by JurneeI have to say, as an overweight karate instructor, this is the one patch that I was ok with never getting.

Posted by DotLewis7 March 2020 - Diet Diary - Been quiet around here lately. I've not been on vacation, just keeping a low profile and trying to stay on top of things. Are those things incompatible?
