Well I'm doing a weekly check in. My goal was to not eat any sweets. Monday, Friday and Sunday I did have sweets. A donut Monday, some cookies Wednesday and some M&M's Yesterday. I went a week without sweets. Usually when I relapse I really go crazy with the sweets. The sweets I did eat was a very moderate amount for me. I think that is because I've committed to posting how I'm doing in here every week.
