Well I'm doing a weekly check in. My goal was to not eat any sweets. Monday, Friday and Sunday I did have sweets. A donut Monday, some cookies Wednesday and some M&M's Yesterday. I went a week without sweets. Usually when I relapse I really go crazy with the sweets. The sweets I did eat was a very moderate amount for me. I think that is because I've committed to posting how I'm doing in here every week.

You have to get off the sugar and the carbs. You have food addiction. All obese people do.

The way you can start is by seeing a psychologist/therapist who deals with addiction issues. But you also have to be more active.
