Last week was not a good week. I have a relative in town and I have eaten out every night for 5 days straight! I have pretty much ate what I wanted and as a result I have went fro 280 to 285! I have to get back on track!
The occasional slip is understandable, you are still doing amazing. My exercise has been decimated by injuries, compounded, I am spending more time at work, more of that is inactive, ie on computers so less physical activity all around. And it is noticeable.
