Documentaries you should see

This is a place where I'd love to hear about the documentaries that moved you emotionally or made you want to look into or study something. Real life is more fascinating than fiction. What should I see?

I've just watched The Watchmaker's Apprentice, for the second time. It is about mechanical watches, and two people who make them, with many parts filed by hand to incredible perfection and beauty.

I watched a very interesting documentary, about a year ago. I highly recomend it, The Lovings. It's about an interracial couple, that were married over 50 years ago. I think tat they made a film based on the documentary.
