Hello everyone. What an interesting time to be alive. Has anyone noticed any new innovations or accommodations inspired by or resulting as a response to the impact of corvid 19?

I follow the progress of an small autonomous vehicle company operatong in my state. Before the virus it was transporting 11 people at 15 miles per hour. Recently the company has used it to make meal deliveries from restaurants to hospitals.

Has anyone else noticed anything innovating in real time?

Scientists at Porton Down have come up with a system of using a disinfectant aerosol spray that can completely disinfect an ambulance in minutes. Usually it would have to be done manually, takig nearly an hour to do it.
It means that ambulances can get back to work far more quickly, potentially saving lives.

We've been given one big lesson about sharing colds...if we're careless, and mingle too irresponsibly - we spread colds and infections.

I wash my hands more, pick my nose less. avoid talking closely to people, Carry sani-wipes....and in general I'm a much more "sanitary" person.

Do I want to become O/C about it?

No. And I do believe that some are becoming just that.

I also think that by years end most of us will have the antibodies for this COVID thing in our systems.

Many healthy young folk will catch it...get through it...and barely notice the effects.

But I - and i think many more - are much more wary about visiting the elderly in nursing homes.

I think we've all learned a lot more about the "front-line" medical people, as well. They deserve a lot more credit.
