Hello, I’m Brenda. New to group. Strangers seem to find me rude when I don’t respond.

Being introverted can be kind of stressful. It is my perception that introverts have a harder time than extroverts. I could be wrong, of course.

This is my mind process at the end of the work day when I can’t take the sight of one more human. They always move their mouths and sounds come out and I’m just like, I met my quota for today. Any further interactions involve a paddle.

My cat is my best friend because even if she judges me she will never tell me.... Also I like to pet her floof

Does anyone else get intense anxiety when you have to make a phone call? Email or text is fine, but a phonecall is stressful, even if it's insignificant.

This is me... a multitude carrying mess.

An observation… I grew up in a family where feelings were always suspect. If you were sad or angry you were often taken to task for it. This never effected my sisters as much as it did me, they seemed to be able to shake things off a lot easier. ...
