Goldfinches! Closed on the deal with the realtor three days ago. Definetly building a nest. Smaller hole was the answer.

Most of the front is done! My new little darling shrub (closest to camera) is Pearly Twirly Helwingia, and from the center of willowy 1/2” wide leaves sprout the itty bitty double blossoms!!

Has anyone here used the app, "Plantnet"? I've a new phone and thought I'd try it since the camera in this thing is pretty sophisticated.

Primula veris the delicate Cowslip is blooming in the hedgerows now and in my garden. It is not big or bold but it is wonderful in its own way.
