Yes, we enjoy our greenery in the Pacific NorthWest, but after a mild and short winter everything is double the size of previous years already! First is one back edge of my little yard, with a native vibernum, blacklace elderberry, coupla rhodies and late-blooming whitecap hydrangea. Opposite corner is a fragrant berm with rosemary, sage, a coupla lavenders. A great success is the restart of what was a 4-ft citronella last year and had gone to bare sticks, thought I'd have to replace it!

That seems to be the case especially the weeds.

Haha, they seem to thrive with our without the others, don't they?

@tinkercreek And some years (like this one) they seem to thrive more than other ones.

Don't you grow any veggies?

Yes! I have blueberries, strawberries & huckleberries, and swiss chard, delicata & acorn squash, and will be putting in sugarsnap peas tomorrow. I plan to add more greens soon ✔.

@tinkercreek woohoo! 😊
