Seriously though, it is that time of year where we gather in our harvest that we worked so hard for. This year I am doing more freezing and less canning, a lot less work and by February I find that I have eaten most of the harvest anyways.

Enjoy your bounty.
I always did more freezing than caning, as I cooked every night so my summer vegetables 
went fast!
