My little field of dark purple ones are nearly ready to pop, can't wait! I think they liked the snow this year.

Beautiful! Can you confirm if they come back stronger each spring? I read that they are difficult to establish from seed but then once present, spread over time with no effort from the gardener.
I planted three packs of seeds a year ago, and I seem to have about a total of six little plants around the front yard. At least they are blooming!

Mine spread like crazy, so much that I have to pull stray sprouts!
It seems to depend greatly on the weather Mike.
This is a pretty good year.
So pretty! I had white and purple ones in my yard in Nebraska.
