At my first house, I would get 7 quarts at a picking, every 3 days. πŸ™‚

Great! You have a good yield. My blackberries are surviving the drought here, but they yielded only a handful of berries this year. Next year may also be sparse because of this summer's heat and no rain. I set up a drip system which is why I have anything at all.

I will wash and freeze fresh berries and then vacuum seal in 1 lb bags to store in my freezer. It takes 15-20 lbs of berries to make 5 Gals of Raspberry wine...

@FrostyJim I used to do the same thing with my pomegranates.

Lucky it is a long drive to get there. Today I was out trying to get rid of the weeds, they are taking over, blackberries.
