My porcelain-flower or wax plant is blooming again. I rarely know it is blooming until I walk in the room one day and think "Wow! Something smells lovely". This plant has the sweetest odor and it will fill the entire room. I've had this for 20 some years, can't unwind it from the plant stand any more. The peace lily is at it as well but it has very little odor. The bloom is welcome though since I've had the plant less than a year.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.It's a hoya carnosa and I agree, it is lovely. The scent is wonderful and the flowers are wonderfully waxy. I love real plants that pretend to be artificial! You are right about it wandering - ours has gone at least 9 feet but it doesn't flower regularly so I wonder if it is putting too much energy into growing?
