How do you grind up the zucchini? I used a manual grater a few years ago and it took forever and I didn't want to buy an electric mixer.

I still grate by hand....crazy, right? LOL
@SkotlandSkye Eeeek! Yes, that takes forever. Is there such a thing as a hand cranked grater? We used to have a cherry tree and we pitted the cherries with a hand cranked pitter! I miss that tree!! I need to plant another one. It grew next to an old swimming pool that was home made and leaked so it got plenty of water
