It resembles a type of ornamental gourd people grow for fall decorations and table centres; they cost several dollars a piece here and a fancy one like that would be $10 or more. What was it supposed to be?
It was a crooked neck squash.....that took a wrong turn....
If it's survived against the odds, perhaps it has some value that you just haven't discovered yet!

I'll bet it germinates in your compost. It took me two years to get rid of mutant squash lol
At least it grew right side up. If it had grown the other way all the luck would have drained out.
