That’s great we’re trying to grow sweetp potatoes for the first time too. I had some I had gotten from the farmers market that started to sprout. They’d really really growing fast good luck with yours.

I've taken sweet potato slips that started in the compost and put them in the garden. They did fine.
I would be tempted to peel, cook and eat it! Good luck with your vine. They make very decorative additions to porch baskets!
