Well I bought cukes at the store this weekend and thought I'd post my Aunt Mary's Pickle recipe for all you folks inundated with cucumbers.

Aunt Mary's Pickle recipe

Time to make - about 5 mins..

Six Pickling Cukes (or one or two more)
One Sweet Onion
1 1/3 cups White Vinegar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 Teaspoons. of celery seed
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt or 2 Tablespoons regular salt.

Cukes and Onion go through the food processor (sliced).

Prepare the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in a Tupperware style container.

Add cukes and onions.

Close container and shake upside down over sink.
If you don't feel that daring you can use a spoon to stir it all from the bottom up.

Place in Fridge. Take out and shake a few times. (or Stir).
Pickles done within 24 hours - though usually I wait about 12 hrs.
