Yeah I know if it wasn’t against the law I’d catch the little guy myself and put him back in the swamp
@Donto101 I had a whippet appear in my enclosed yard last year. It had a council registration medallion so I rang asking for its address but was told that was private. I did a usual explosion and sarcastically stated that this is the unfriendliest god bothering town I have lived in merely wishing to charge money over and above the huge amounts they already do charge for their talkfests and lack of neighbourliness. I walked around asking and found that the dog belonged over the back fence and they came and got it. Two hours later the council rangers turned up demanding to know whose dog it was. ... sorry boys that's private, there's the gate please close it on the way out. They then told me that because my cat is so old I do not need to pay her registration. I asked when I went in in January, no such rule. Guess who would have been fined for having an unregistered cat?
