This is almost the last kale off my plants this year. These leaves are really nice, very dense and curly. The very top of the plants are still to be harvested likely all in one batch. Making kale chips now, have enough frozen and probably enough plain dried so seasoning this batch.

Wow, nothing green grows here this time of year, even hard to grow herbs in the window, not enough daylight, enjoy.

Beautiful Kale you have there.

Yummy! Love kale chips. Have you tried doing it on an airfrier?

Does it die in winter. The red and curly Russian here survive -4°C and then give me a second crop the following year but it tends to be tough.

Same with my spring onions which end up more than 1" in diameter but the leaves can be used to sole your boots.

Wow, you have curly Kale. That's my favorite and, around here it's hard to find.

Excellent... Kale chips with peanut butter ?

Would probably taste good. Would have to put the PB on a spoon then crumble the kale on top. It is so delicate, kind of "melts" in the mouth.
