Today I discovered a great new recipe that uses my Japanese eggplant and calabacita squash. Eggplant and Chili Garlic Pork stir fry. I used basalmic vinegar and pork sirloin cut into cubes. I don't have fish sauce. It has a hot/sour taste. This will be repeated, as my eggplant and squash are doing well. [foodandwine.com]
