My Japanese Maple is in full color. Normally the tree only gets to 5' but it is now 7'. A couple of times deer got into the garden and this tree was their favorite so I had to enclose it.

They start out green but then slowly change. At one point they are multi-colored. We have had a funny summer with more rain and cooler temps so the tree has been fooled it is Fall for over a month now. The variety is Autumn Moon. [monrovia.com]
What an array of colors - nice! I hope it stays in Autumn mode for a few more months before losing its leaves.
Nice! I would love a maple garden with tins of varieties!

Unfortunately, I also have a Persian Maple [dwpicture.com.au] It gets to be very large and I have found I planted it in the wrong spot. It will have to moved. Maples can be beautiful but they can also be work.
