More wildflowers seen on my visit to Portugal. The wild Gladiolus italicus, smaller and much more delicate than the garden forms, growing widely by the roadsides. The wild Arum in a damp valley bottom. The Iberian Heath a very upright heather, common in the higher rocky places. Orchids again growing by the roadside. And the invasive but pretty Oxalis, or Bermudan Buttercup. And lastly I don't know this one any ideas ?

The last bunch, were they fragrant? The petals are identical to one I have in my garden, but solid yellow, with a lovely lily fragrance.
