This is the perfect photo to show why I hang a garden shade light diffuser tarp. My raised bed gardens are oriented east to west. So as sun tracks across the sky, they are protected from the harshest light of the mid day but still get morning sun and evening sun.

I’m sure the package said when I bought them. But that was 8 years ago....
@SkotlandSkye 8 years is a great service life. I'll hope for a third of that when I order some. I'm thinking 30% at most for my garden. Gonna cover a small greenhouse frame with it.
@farmboy2017 I put them up by Memorial Day and take them down around Labor Day....and roll them and store them in the garage during winter.
