Pulled some little yellow squash and little zucchinis from my garden...tossed them with some leftover lentils, white beans, broccoli, and fresh basil from my herb garden....threw in some sauteed Italian Tofurky....and....yum.....lunch for me and a friend yesterday

tofu based mock-meat/faux-meat made by Turtle Island Foods out of Oregon, USA. Comes in many flavors and also deli slices. The one in the picture is the "Italian" sausage flavored one....is that why you think they are from Italy?

@SkotlandSkye Ah, I see. Well when it said "italian" I thought it was ......italian. I take things too literally - probably because I'm in Italy right now!

@farmboy2017 Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Sprouts....any natural food store.... but my local Walmart is now carrying it in the produce aisle cooler next to the tofu and it's the cheapest price I've ever seen!!!
