Just 4 days further on down the track and the first 1 of my Tulips is fully open, the second is not that far behind it,number 3 is still dragging the chain at present. To cap it off, the pig-face is blooming like there's no tomorrow as well.

I started pulling out my ugliest flowers from the pots on the deck this afternoon and replacing them with pansies. We're still having 90° temperatures I hope the other flowers in the pots shade them enough they don't die on me.

The third garden I’ve built from scratch, and definitely the easiest setup I’ve ever tackled. Definitely appreciating the reward this go around 💚👩🏼‍🌾

Decided to grow different items this year and had a bumper amount of bell peppers. A lot got dried and frozen and I recently tried canning and pickling. Was able to pickle 8 pint jars of peppers.

We have strong gale force winds today, it will be a shame if all the colour goes from the Ginkgo before it really reaches its peak, but there will be next year perhaps, and so far so good.
