Fresh sweet potato fries our Asian long green beans deep fried and local raised steak grilled over apple wood.

After a week with a load of rain, second nght o flowering moonflowers. I'll submit the open flowers in a few hours, right now the bees aregoing nuts and it smells like a gardina factory.

This is an exciting time, we are looking for a farm to buy in GA near Atlanta. Cannot wait to get going with the planting. This will be a Hobby Farm. We are thinking large vegetable patch, greenhouse and a few animals.... 10-20 acres would be nice!

We got a new dehydrator

We went to a really nice little Homestead and Ag show. Had some great venders and Work Shops. I hope they do more of them.

Here is the video of use harvesting the bananas and chop and drop the rest of the plant. You get a good look at the banana stalk and how banana grow.
