So! Awaiting the first winter storm of the season. Cut some plywood and 2x4s to size to start building the first rolling platform for my bench tools. Meanwhile..... glued up some scrap for the hyacinth vine to climb on in the bathroom/greenhouse.

One coat of stain applied. Its 72°F here and sunny in November. Very unusual. Tomorrow I'll brush a coat of polyurethane on this. After it dries.... into a garden bed.

Found this 2 inch monster corpse on my back porch this afternoon. Eeek! Apparently it's a wheel bug and they are an indicator of a low pesticide environment. And, they prey on garden pests like japanese beetles (yay!). Good bug. Here's hoping it ...

Toad lilies always seem to be the last to bloom. And it's time to thin & transplant. They prefer a shady "hosta" environment. I may attempt to gather seeds this year.
