Any of you doing a lot of whole foods?
Today's meal:
-One-half pound of bacon
-One pound of primal ground beef, i.e. 30% of the mix is organs)
-Three-four ounces of cheese
-A small amount of salsa (hey, no one is perfect)
Once finished, I will Snake Juice fast until Wednesday. I have found that if I do not keep my electrolytes up I experience cramping in my legs.

I don't eat much of anything that is not. I eat primarily animal sourced foods, so for example today I had eggs, brisket, one slice of cheese and some butter.
