Just came from the Doctor. Lab work and b/p beautiful, improved even from 1 year ago. Doctor asked what I've been doing. I said I went on a Paleo diet a year ago and am exercising at Fit after 50. I've lost 15 pounds and feel wonderful. I'm 75. I don't need to see him for a year instead of every 6 months. Woop, woop!!!

I also have a c pap machine, usually sleep 7 hours a night. If I wake up to pee after 5 hours I just leave it off the last 2 hours. Are you able to go on line and get your nightly results? I've had it for almost 3 years now.
@Susieq Hi there. Yes I can go online to get my results. I don't check it very often. I just know that it has made a world of difference and frankly that is all I care about.
Good for you. If I could only stay away from my beer.
It's hard for me too. Right now I just drink once a week, wine or beer. I used to drink 7 nights a week, but it can be done. Boo hoo
