I found Monk Fruit sweetener at Costco yesterday. It’s granulated like sugar and taste like sugar but has 4g of sugar alcohols. It’s keto friendly so I’ll be trying it in dessert recipes soon. Will post results!
I have been using monk fruit for a while now, and love it!
I use the Golden type to replace brown sugar.
I'm late but try Swerve. I think it's better than Monk. It has 0 net carbs and measures cup for cup like sugar

Follow up on the monk fruit. I made blueberry preserves. It thickened beautifully, no bitter aftertaste, but, it crystallized in the fridge. It still taste yummy but it’s crunchy.

Hi Cutiebeauty... Check this out... It covers performance and endurance in a keto based way of eating.
@boatdude87 thanks for the link but I think ill stick with my current flexatarian diet
@Cutiebeauty You are welcome. I'm not pushing. I saw this about a year ago and realized that it was an entirely different approach than I had known all my life. How did you do in the marathon?
@boatdude87 I ran 18 miles and got a leg cramp
@Cutiebeauty Oh, no.... I am so sorry. Yet you are doing more than most people can do.
@boatdude87 well, I got some good advice for next year... "I shouldn't have done my regular one hour run that day" lol
