I'm celiac and Lactose intolerant...I follow a keto style diet...with one day a week fasting...the only animal product I consume is wild caught salmon and eggs from local free range chickens...I also have to watch the carbs I consume because Gluten free also means higher calories...so as a pasta lover I found a great noodle its called Konjac by nuPasta

only 25 calories very filling and Gluten free... I also record everything eat and do on Myfitnesspal.com I have lost 18 lbs and gained muscle.
I have been eating various brands of konjac root myself. I live the "rice" version. Super fiber, and this version's texture suits me best.
I love mixing in veg, adding a few free range eggs, and spices- usually turmeric and curry- with either Kerry Gold butter or mct oil, and some pink Himalayan salt, and add one freshly ground pepper.
This is filling, and I enjoy it several days a week, as well as IF.
