Great weightloss recipe.

150 grms ground beef of regular Minced beeef.
3 heaped teaspoons ground mixed seeds.
1 raw extra egg.
1/4 Red onion.
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon raw garlic and ginger mix.
leaves of 1 celery stalk finely chopped.
3 to 4 tablespoons 100% virgin olive oil.

Mix well together and enjoy.

Can also add raw fresh chillie for taste and can substitue any leafy green veggies for celery.
