@altschmerz I assume the cartoon has some associated meaning, but still.
@OldMetalHead I figured it was something like that. Sad that people still try to profit off of other's misfortune.

@FrayedBear False arguement, the question was what about the people profiting, if you want to go down that road, then ask that question seperately
