I often find it amusing that stupid and illiterate people think they understand the second amendment which regards firearm ownership in regards to militia membership to mean they are allowed to run loose with military grade weaponry. Actually I want to take guns away from domestic terrorists and start putting the money that funds placing tanks, and illegal war gasses along with other toys the bullies don't need into productive programs rather than leaving police little more than violent gangs of thugs that are NOT held accountable for their criminal actions.

You obviously don’t hunt much. Many shot guns won’t hold more than five rounds, but can be converted to hold more and are legal. The exception would be duck and goose hunting where it is typically required to hold no more than three to keep from taking down the whole flock.

I can squirrel hunt with a 10/22 with an extended magazine that holds 50 rounds in every state that I’ve lived in (and it’s many), I can hog hunt with an AR15 with a 100round drum if I wanted to carry the damn thing, and I can deer hunt (in the areas that allow riffles) with an AR10 with 20 rounds if I wanted.

The second amendment does say anything about hunting though. It also doesn’t mention the type of weapon that can or can not be help by citizens.

So what exactly is a military grade weapon???

Did you even realize that between the second amendment at the militia act that there was far more gun control than today? You have been watching too many old John Wayne movies (figures since he was a draft dodger too). Some of the things you could be fined or arrested for in the US right after the constitution was signed were leaving your weapon loaded for extended periods of time as a militia member, ownership of an unregistered weapon, and if you resisted the central government it was called treason they just shot your dumb ass for that... As for the "Wild West" you were not allowed to carry a gun in any city or town...

So tell me what a military grade weapon is??? I personally haven’t seen any mini guns at the shooting range, gun shop, or gun shows. Come to think of it; I haven’t seen any grenades or Hydra 70 rockets either.
