Proving you can work the system when the cards are stacked against you. Nothing shallow about that.

@Freespirit64 Did you read the story I recently shared of an acquaintance 25 years ago? It identifies working the system & winning can be a matter of perspective:
"a woman, who for 30 years had been complaining that her divorce saw her robbed of her share of the family monetary assets, whether her children, whom she was given custody of, were in her view priceless?

As anticipated her answer was a very hot "Of course my children are priceless.

I then pointed out that she got the better part of the divorce settlement, he merely got $300k (the equivalent of $ millions today) whereas she got something priceless."
