Just another archaic Sunday...
Damn it, hardly anybody likes daylight savings time yet we still do it.
And Congress, wanting to waste time I suppose, is thinking of taking up a bill to make it permanent. I would bet more than half of voters would be against that. And, for those in favor, at least some would change their minds if they just read the affects and now, moving away from an agrarian society the lack of benefits.
I should have been clearer, it's the time change twice a year that most people don't like, whether it's permanently daylight savings time or standard time makes no difference to me. I personally am minimally bothered by it myself but for many it's a source of sleep problems and no one likes it.
