@phxbillcee man , u have no idea !!! ????? back 20 and even 15 yrs ago , when docs used to write on charts and all , I just wanted to die ????
On now days that we no longer have to deal w this bcz of everything is recorded electronically , I am breathing ???
The worst part is that nobody understands us now either , unfurtunately we use abbreviations for everything to the point that we can't remember how to spell anything . ????
