I gladly swallowed the shit bc my parents and small church I grew up in are genuine and good people who live the best parts of the Bible.

The naive...they're still out there. We have a new name for them...but they're a force for disruption and control....don't assume it's "a miracle" that they swallow it...or you fall in to platitudes like this;
