It's Texas winter, 3 -4 days at a time at most. I remember Glasgow winters we would have needed 55 gallon drums.
You have to can that stuff? I had no idea! I have just been eating it out of the bag.

Fresh is good, but when they are out of season, it's good to have some prepared.
