@MichelleGar1 I am just sitting here now putting together a plan to publicly fund city council elections in my town.... I figure that adding 10 cents to each water bill which comes out 6 times a year would cover everything and allow us to rid the city of the corrupt council we have now.
@Lizard_of_Ahaz Hope it goes well and as you plan! Here the water utilities are crook's!
@MichelleGar1 Ours are billed through the city it would just be an added cost on the bill which for me is around 180.00 every other month. 6 times 10 cents is only .60 cents a year but with at least 30,000 homes that means 18,000 a year for elections which take place every 4 years.... Plus both small and large businesses which could add several thousand more a year not to mention apartment complexes...
