I have just finished reading Billy Connely's book "Tall tales and wee stories". Hilarious. He has one story about he and his mates running out of skins to roll a joint. He says to his mate "tear a page out of the bible". It has thin paper suitable for the purpose. When he looked at the page torn out at random it was from the book of revelations'
@Moravian Sounds like Billy. I used to see him when he was a folk singer starting to develop his comedic skills.
