If you didnโt toss it, look up kale chips and make some. They really are good...and easy to do.

@EyesThatSmile Follow-up; I found a handful of old wasabi-peas. I pulverized them in to a powder, sprinkled some garlic + salt + pepper, tossed the dried leaves in EVOO...baked for 30 minutes at a very low 240ยบ temp (she recommended even lower) and they just came out of the oven - and - damn - they're good! Thanks again!
