Maybe the pooch uses a humane weapon 'cause the lobster begged not to be hurt? IDK . . .
I read somewhere that lobsters feel pain when they are boiled to death or when their limbs are ripped off. Maybe the dog heard the lobster's cries.

Interesting article. The studies that found a lobster produced opioids in response to pain got my vote to kill it as humanely as one can. So I found a video to show what we need to know about that and more.
I won't eat it. I saw a Japanese one where they took out the tail part and cooked it while leaving the lobster alive and it was waving the antenna about while they were eating. I thought that was pretty vicious.

I rarely eat meat anymore.
Eating seafood is threatening species survival and health of ocean ecosystems around the world, and also adding to climate change irreversibility.
