They can have really delicate guts that produce odors most foul.

@LucyLoohoo It's a matter of understanding what they can digest easily, just like lactose intolerant humans, dogs generate more gas when things are hard to digest.
@glennlab And I'm so careful to give him ONLY the food his vet recommends and NOTHING else. Some days, he's great and others....poor thing. Did I mention that he loves to lie on my lap? There's so much love in his heart---he was found on the street. Nearly every tooth in his mouth was broken and the vet thinks he had chewed his way through chain link! You should see him with my little Lucy...who weighs 7 lbs to his 75! He treats her like a little princess.
