Despite all their hopes you only live once.
So enamored with life they won't face the truth.
These are not people you want educating the youth.
Life is quite the thing as you become aware.
The promise of eternity or promise to scare.
If you meet someone who thinks we go on forever.
They're either indoctrinated or not very clever.
Religion is scoffed at by the wise.
Most see it for what it applies.
What do you do when you discover the premise is false.
You find yourself dancing to another man's waltz.
Looked like a good place to drop this!
