No, then the "e" would be there for "deck".

Nope, couldn't be! 'K' was already chosen & it isn't in the first word! LOL I'll be damned if I can figure it out, wonder if it was altered?

I think it's "standing on the deck".
@tnorman1236 Nope, can't be...first, standing is 8 letters, there's only 7 in the above word. Also 'd' was already chosen so it would have to be there. On the second word, if it was 'deck' the 'e' would have to be there because it was already chosen!
