I love the Cambrian explosion, Anomalocaris, one of the first predators. Though from reading elsewhere, it's no longer believed it ate trilobites, it only ate soft bodied prey:

If one has ever eaten shrimp then it's understandable the trilobite would also be easy to peel with the feeding tentacles of anomalocaris. Even sea urchins would not be too difficult.
