Help! I need some advice from the hive mind. Pictured is the jacket for my latest costuming effort. It's a bit pinchy in the shoulders. I'd welcome some suggestions as to how I might fix that. Thank you.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.You could make the accent pieces up the back wider at the top, "fairing" them in to the width they are at the bottom, that would give you larger armholes. If the width from neck to shoulder seam is too small, you are screwed.

@moonmaid better than not being able to wear it at all! I might have used a much different third fabric there, instead ,and added accents of it somewhere
