What does it mean to fly a flag upside down? The United States Code, the list of federal statutes, says the stars and stripes should only be flown upside down to signal “dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.” It is also commonly acknowledged that the American flag is flown upside down as a form of political protest. (Nov 1, 2017, update Google...). It is not something one does lightly and I don't do it to be in vogue. In today's world, I believe I am a true patriot desiring to make a true statement; in today's society, one must sometimes ACT AND SPEAK boldly to call attention to what is terribly wrong to in an effort to reveal what can be made right.
76 years ago today the people of this country were British subjects. In 2020 the European endeavors taking over the world are now our own.
I would, do, argue it isn't even extended towards the working class. Surely not those stuck in poverty.
