What I’m About And What I’m Trying To Accomplish Here
I highly relate to this, with a couple exceptions.
{This is why I constantly promote and prioritize the idea of a grassroots guerrilla psywar by the people against the establishment narrative control apparatus. The plutocratic class which owns the mass media sets it up to promote narratives which are favorable to the status quo upon which those plutocrats have built their respective kingdoms, but trust in the mass media is at an all-time low and humanity’s ability to network and share information is at an all-time high, which means we’ve got a one-time shot at breaking public trust in the mass media using our unprecedented information-sharing abilities and waking people up to the fact that they’re being propagandized. Propaganda only works if you don’t know it’s happening, so we have to wake people up to the reality that it is happening.}
The lack within various types of people and sources used here in attempting to unite us behind a chosen collective to escape the current power structure is confusingly questionable to me. This is the first time I recall Johnstone openly admit to being a socialist minded and driven person. Above in bold highlight is a link within this article that leads to another ---- How To Defeat Empire ---- which I took this from {Part of the difficulty is that I don’t talk much about the old attempts at solutions we’ve already tried that people have been conditioned to listen for. I don’t endorse politicians, I don’t advocate starting a new political party, I don’t support violent revolution, I don’t say that capitalism contains the seeds of its own destruction and the proletariat will inevitably rise up against the bourgeoisie, and in general I don’t put much stock in the idea that our political systems are in and of themselves sufficient for addressing our biggest problems in any meaningful way.
What I do advocate, over and over and over again in as many different ways as I can come up with, is a decentralized guerrilla psywar against the institutions which enable the powerful to manipulate the way ordinary people think, act and vote.}
If I don't occasionally voice my support for and advocate for a movement towards a collective apparatus for change, which I occasionally do here, am I not merely just on here ranting within futility? Grassroots guerrilla psywar without direction has no meaningful path to success. If I learned anything from this type of action it's that it always ends up lost within, mostly, the democratic party that always fails to reach any meaningful sense of change. Those that server any hint of fear into the establishment and ruling class are swallowed within a gravitational black hole of ruling elite sponsored millionaires, politicians, and media, who then vastly minimize their success turning them into just another means of tribal division to be used in manufactured social chaos.
{I also see it as necessary for humanity to awaken its consciousness inwardly as well. If humans are to survive we cannot remain driven by ego and fear, because as long as we are we’ll remain easy to manipulate and propagandize and we will inevitably keep finding our way onto self-destructive trajectories. For millennia wise humans have been writing about the potential within us all to bring consciousness to our inner processes and begin functioning in a healthy and harmonious way, and our current evolve-or-die predicament means we’re about to either see that potential unlocked in us at mass scale or go the way of the dinosaur.}
I find it to be another failure to use propaganda and manipulation by our opponents as a means towards our ignorances while ignoring our use of the same tools to gather support for dissent. As I have noted here in the Pinned Pages, we must teach those we are attempting to draw into awareness to educate themselves on the history of these divisive tools, particularly starting with propaganda, that leads to all the others, to be able to dissect information coming at us towards recognizing the good from bad.
Quite frankly, as a collective, as long as we are engorged with such numbers of those who don't spend a quality amount of time studying their politics, all aspects, we will continue to lose this battle within the tribal divisional structure that has been created. Which seemingly always diverts back to the democratic party as a savior in false hope here in the US. If you spend any time reading comments on articles, that seems to be the going trend in a lot of instances. I'll argue that is the result of negligence within dissenting apparatuses to use a detailed means to unite us as a collective towards a successful agenda.
